What is the history of naming convention of days as Somvaar, Mangalvaar, Budhvaar and so on? Before this naming convention was adapted, how were these days identified and named during Dwapar or Treta Yug i.e at the time of Bhagwan Shri Ram or Bhagwan Shri Krishna.?
