Pranaam to everyone reading. 

I read somewhere that there are lokas even above the svarga Lok and that Dhruva and Bhishma descended directly to planes above svarga Lok. So why is it preached everywhere to keep your actions good so as to reach swarga and not beyond. I mean we either talk in terms of heaven/ hell or directly moksha. What do these other lokas signify? Moreover there are many realms below the bhu loka and above naraka Lok. What about those as well?
