Narayana was asleep in Yoganidra... and a lotus stem came out of His navel... and on the lotus flower, bloomed Prajapati Brahma.


The "Padmanabhaswami" swarupa of Narayana is visible in some places - probably the most famous place being the temple in Thiruvananthapuram of the same name.


Does any scripture mention if the umbilical cord was ever cut?
