Advaita Vedanta and Bhagavad Gita Advaita

In Bhagavad Gita Swami Prabhupada ji explains how Gita's concept doesn't support Mayavadi theory. Does that mean Advaita vedanta is not in line with Gita? Are the upanishads not in line with Advaita vedanta too then?
