Bhagwan Krishn say in Gita

Gita 5:15

नादत्ते कस्यचित्पापं न चैव सुकृतं विभु: |

अज्ञानेनावृतं ज्ञानं तेन मुह्यन्ति जन्तव:

The omnipresent God does not partake the virtue or sin of anyone. Knowledge is enveloped with ignorance; hence it is that beings are constantly falling a prey to delusion.

Meaning: Bhagwan Shree Krishn telling to Arjuna that Vibhu ( Antryami) Bhagwan who is present everywhere is neither responsible for good karam nor for pap ( sin) of anyone. Everyone is Responsible for his Karma. Because of the ignorance Jeevatma are deluded in believing that it is Bhagwan who is responsible or control all karma (action). Bhagwan say I am not responsible.
